[turba] cant browse addresses after upgrage to turba 2.2

Your turba_objects table definition is not in sync with what you have
in sources.php
If you are just using the 'out of the box' sources.php.dist file with
your existing database, then you will need to read docs/UPGRADING and
update the schema of the turba_objects table.
