[turba] turba with hermes ?

Hi
I just have installed the newest versions of horde, turba, imp ,....  
and hermes.
But I cannt get hermes working - it alwas states that I have no access  
to my customers
The only thing I can find in the hermes-Readme is, that it gets its  
"customers" from turba.
How does this work?
