[turba] Turba Contact Not Existed

Dear All,

I am new to Horde, i would like to use turba 2.3 with mysql but i got problem when i want to edit the saved contact, it shows me error "The contact you requested does not exist." 
Can any one kindly advice me what should i do to solve this problem?
