[turba] Extend/Change Addressbook to Outlook Style

I added a second mail address field (Mail 2) to turba. In turba  
everything seems fine, second mail address is added to db. But second  
mail address isn't sync to outlook. How works the sync progress? I  
mean, how knows turba which field is the corresponding field in outlook?
