I really don't understand what you mean...
The URL is:

https://www.mydomain.tld/turba/?source=_phTjiDdxi4KDv2Nbq25nf7

So I think the ID should be _phTjiDdxi4KDv2Nbq25nf7, but if I try this ID I
always get the same error...
Could you give me an example, how this ID looks like?
