[turba] Log spam

I frequently see the following errors in the Horde log. Probably just  
log spam, but nevertheless, I'll report it here:

2019-01-02T21:41:08+01:00 WARN: horde [turba] PHP ERROR: Illegal  
offset type in isset or empty [pid 30217 on line 543 of  
"/srv/www/htdocs/horde/turba/lib/Driver.php"]

I added a Horde::debug statement for the $attribute parameter, the  
result is in the attached log.
