Having configuration problems with Whups Head version.

Does anyone have Whups head version working?

I seem to have database problems.  When I go in the 
My Searches shows 
error_message_prefix 
error_prepend 
error_append 
mode level 
code message 
debuginfo
userinfo 
callback

which may be correct?

When I try to add a ticket, I can't type anything in the module name nor is
there an option in the pulldown.

The ticket type does have
What appear to be error messages that say the whups.type doesn't exist.
It doesn't so the error message is correct. I assume that I need to
configure the database in config/conf.php and I have tried several different
configurations and I even created a seperate whups database, none of my
combinations were correct.

If you have one working, please send a copy of your conf.php and maybe a 
mysqldump -d [whups|horde].
