You shouldn't need to gettext those - they're specifically there for customisation
per installation and can be entered in whatever language the administrator wants.
That's why the default entries in those tables isn't in the schema, it's in the
sample data.

The idea behind it is to make whups a ticket tracking system, not a bug tracking
system. One example for a use of this is for a book request system where states
such as 'fixed' or 'not a bug' don't make sense - you instead want 'ordered',
'out of print', 'received' etc.

I will look at this as soon as I have a chance. However, I just think you might
want to be aware of this:

http://www.m-w.com/cgi-bin/dictionary?book=Dictionary&va=assignation

(the second definition). Nothing personal, and I realize it's probably not a
universal idiom. But I can't get the damn thought out of my head. :)

Haha. My bad. I sometimes get confused between horde and matchmaker.com...

Just rename it to the Patch for Assigning tickets :)

Someone else did 'function notifyAssignation('. I think that function could be
renamed to 'notifyAssignmnet'. I did a grep on notifyAssignment and nothing
returned, so it's proly safe to use.

What all needs to be done for WHUPS? I know it needs to be integrated with some
other stuff. I see a few things right now that I'm going to work on a little.
First, when modifying the details of a ticket, for assignee, you have to enter
an email address, not a username. I think there should be a dropdown menu with
a choice between either username or email address.

One other bit...on the search page, under the 'Action' column, the only thing
there is 'show details'. Why have a column there if the same thing is displayed
for every ticket?
