[whups] Yikes!

Just did a cvs update, and now I can't get a login screen for any part of my
horde install.  I didn't see any major changes in the framework config
files, or imp (which we use for authentication) and no conflicts (outside of
whups which I already fixed.)

Has anyone else seen this?  test.php has always said my PEAR is too old (I'm
using the PEAR from PHP 4.2.3)  Did any recent CVS changes require a newer
PEAR than this?  I'm still browsing through changelogs, etc.  but figured
I'd see if I was the only one seeing this.

Still digging....  Logs don't show anything at all, even at debug level.
