I have installed a CLI version of php now.

# php -v
PHP 4.3.10 (cli) (built: Jan 27 2005 14:05:42)

Now i get

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: notify() in
/srv/www/htdocs/horde/whups/lib/Ticket.php on line 78

Chuck,

you are right, i am using the cgi version.

# php -v
PHP 4.3.3 (cgi) (built: Jan 12 2005 16:09:33)

i just started reading about the differences, but I don't have the CLI
version installed.
