[wicked] Display problem with links that don't exist yet

Two immediate things to try to narrow this down are to use a HEAD  
Horde, and to use the stable version of Text_Wiki (1.1) instead of the  
beta.

You don't. Wicked automatically files in the data/ files for pages  
with matching names that don't already exist.
