[ansel] Shared (public) galleries (HEAD)

This works fine for me.

http://www.ben.chavet.net/horde/ansel/view.php?gallery=test1

I didn't mess with the gallery permissions, just ansel's.  Guest 
permissions are
show and read.  No other permissions are set.
