Thanks, Heath. I just don't get it because the ones without sub
galleries work fine, the ones with sub galleries don't and I
can't create a new one and make it work with sub galleries.
This is really strange.

While writing this I created a new gallery, TEST, without images
and immediately created a sub gallery SUBTEST and uploaded a
zip, it unloaded fine and I remembered that I might not have set
the permissions on a previous test so I looked and noticed that
the default for the owner is with no permission so I gave the
creator and the owner all permissions, saved them and got the
following error
   Updated SUBTEST.
An error occurred listing galleries: does not exist
in the perms popup. Even with the error I thought that I had
found the issue.

I then went back to the Galleries menu and choose the new TEST
gallery, much to my surprise I got the same error as before
:
Notice: Undefined index: in /usr/local/share/pear/Horde/Share.php
on line 361

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in
/usr/local/share/pear/Horde/Share.php on line 363

but even with the error my gallery SUBTEST was being shown so I
clicked on it and much to my surprise it refused, sending me
back to the main menu with the following message:

You do not have permission to view this gallery.

I think I am just confusing myself more and more. I may just
have to stick to top level galleries. ;)

Thanks again,

ed
