I'm stumped. I've verified that I can, in fact, make a folder with a / in it
through Outlook. But when I connect to the exchange server directly via IMAP
and do a:

0 LIST "*" "*"

... which should list all folders, the ones with "/" in the name simply
aren't listed. It's as if Exchange *knows* that it can't really get away
with allowing folder names containing /, so it fudges it and pretends they
don't exist to standard clients.

So unless someone can point out something I'm missing, I don't think this is
an issue that is a). IMP's fault, or b). anything we can work around.
