www.keyserver.net does not behave well. When I remove it, everything works
ok. When I add wwwkeys.pgp.net I get the timeout after 60 seconds / a
rejection. pgp.mit.edu works well.

I suggest to remove wwwkeys.pgp.net and www.keyserver.net from conf.xml.
Maybe you can add keyserver.pgp.com instead (I did not test it with IMP).
