I cannot reproduce this on any of my test setups or my production  
system, which is running dovecot 2.3.7.2 on Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS.

I can load that email fine in the Gmail app connected to horde via  
ActiveSync as well as in the "Nine" app, which is my daily driver.
