[chora] errors setting up chora

Hello,

I just started another installation problem thread.

This fix cured my 
Warning: Undefined index: chora in /path_to/horde/lib/Registry.php on line
458

error, but I still have the 'options' problems.

You need to uncomment the chora lines in config/registry.php
