[chora] diff on solaris 8

Two things...
- make sure the paths in chora/config/conf.php are right
- make sure that the version of RCS you're using was built against 
GNU's diff instead of solaris.  No matter how you  update your path, 
RCS hard codes the path to diff at compile time.
