  Ok for me to do conversions at higher level.... I've done it at low level, 
in order to not do the conversions at different place, in the (hypothetical) 
case where the main weatehr display is different than the summary display... 
But it is not really important...

 BTW, the strings should be _("getexted")    (sorry, no patch for now).
