Mike,

I'm attaching some patches I needed to get s/mime signing to work again.  I'm
sure there's better ways to do some of these things, so please look them over.

horde_lib_crypt_smime.diff: forces the disposition of the signature part of an
s/mime signed message to be 'attachement' and not 'inline'.  (there's also a
TODO note about inserting a check of the From address against the bound email
address in the cert ($certificate
