[dev] Contract Opportunity - Just answer some questions

Horde Developers,

I represent the Oklahoma Department of Career & Technology Education.  We
have standardized on the Horde framework for a series of application
development projects.  These projects include a modular elearning
environment and our organization has made the commitment to release these
projects under the GPL. There are two main developers working on the
elearning project.  Both of us are experienced developers.  However, it's
taking quite a while for us to read through the class tree/code and
figure things out.  Therefore, we would like to contract someone to provide
training for our development team.  We need to understand the Horde
application structure, capabilities, and best practices for Horde
development.  This "training" could be an informal video conference where we ask
questions and you give answers.  We need to pick the brain of someone who's been
there, done that. Bottom line: we need a kickstart to our Horde app development
effort. We can support H.323 (or some other web based conferencing solution if
you prefer) and scheduling is flexible.
