[dev] Patch adding some 'display' options..

Hello,

I came up with the idea that the following things are not really
user-configurable in IMP, and changed that

- the number of chars in the From: and Subject: columns of the Mailbox view
- whether the From: column link is linked to reading a message, or composing a
message, or not linked at all.

So, attached, you'll find the diff files to prefs.php.dist and message.php.

TODO:

remove the section form conf.xml and have it generate some reasonable defaults.
