[dev] Weather/Metar Block

I seem them as to very separate things.

I also use METAR reports for R/C Flying clubs.
Take a look at: http://www.rconline.ca/wind/

For general weather, I prefer a forecast.
But how about an aviation module, or a whole weather section which can have Metar/TAF reports etc.
Not just a block.
