Hello to all

I like Joel's solution.

It is very simple, it just "masks" the real INBOX name from the IMAP server. 
That's what I already had to do in several cases. 

That shouldn't go further than this, and should probably be a pref that could 
be locked or not, so that any horde admin could choose not to use the 
functionnality.

And I agree it should not apply to other folders, since the IMAP server and 
other prefs can define other names easily.
