Actually, I have my .htaccess file setup to deal with that:

php_value include_path ".:/usr/local/share/pear:/usr/local/lib/php/pear"

Again, this only happens if I try to either use IMP to authenticate, or if 
I use hordeauth to saving having to double type a userid/passwd in IMP if 
using IMAP authentication ;(  If I do the double login, everything still 
works fine :(
