Probably not very well.  At least not without a lot of work from the 
users.  I really don't do the shared calendars all that much, and 
neither do my users (in fact, I'm having a difficult time getting most 
of them to use horde at all...grrr!).  So, whatever you decide is fine. 
  I just wanted to throw a scenario out there.
