I agree with Kevin here.  I was playing with invites today (hence 
ticket 2392), and found myself feeling a bit lost, thinking "I added 
these people, but now what?".

Personally, I think it would make more sense to have an "Add" button to 
the right of "Expand Names", replacing the "Save Attendees" button. 
Then have a "Done" button at the bottom of the page, which closes the 
window.

but other than that, I thought the latest interface updates are a good 
improvement.
