[dev] Agora/FW_3 use of Template_Compiling?

I noticed the same yesterday when I tried to get Agora working.  The HEAD
version of Agora doesn't rely on Template_Compiling.  You might also
experiment with commenting out the offending line.  It didn't seem to make
much difference.

In the HEAD version I noticed that when I posted messages they did not show
up in the forum.  However, if I added a forum to my "desktop" (can't recall
the correct name ATM), then the posts would show up in there.  Seems to be a
bug.

Also as a feature I'd suggest that the Agora team add smileys.
