[dev] Forward message with separate attachments

Been looking to Thunderbird options, and it seems that it "only"
presents two options for forwards:
- Inline (that puts the original message as the text of the new message
and all attachments separated)
- Attachment (that creates a new clean message with only one attachment
that contains the original text plus the original attachments)
The "Edit Message as New" is equivalent to Horde redirect, but lets you
change the message
Looking at this, i think that the forward as "body text" could actually
mimic the Inline behavior of Thunderbird. Right now, it only quotes the
original message text, allowing this way the user to change the content
of the original message, so if he's given the option to change the text
of the original message, why not allow him to change the attachments too?
If Horde mimics the Inline behavior of Thunderbird, then a user who just
wants to forward the message text, can easily do this, by just removing
the original attachments (i see one click per attachment), while right
now if he wants to add the original attachments needs more work.
