Hello,

I'm writing some of the JavaScript code of a hard application. I did spot the inclusion of a protoype.js instance within our project. I'm not entirely sure if that is a Horde standard which can be expected within any Horde installation or if that might be provided by another application.

So here's the question: Is prototype a globally available JS library and therefore a fulfilled dependency or is it not?

If the answer is "yes" is Prototype to stay or are there any plans of replacing it with something else any time soon?
