You need to either include '/usr/share/pear' in 'include_path' or copy 
the required PEAR libraries to a location within the current 
include_path.  Also, this is no longer a Horde/gollem issue but rather 
a PHP setup issue so you should try searching the documentation on 
www.php.net.
