[horde] Install on hosted server PLEASE HELP!

You'll find all configuration parameters and how to set them in an .htaccess
file under http://www.php.net/manual/en/configuration.php.

Please note, that only Horde 2.0/IMP 3.0 will run under PHP 4.0.6. Horde
2.1/IMP 3.1 need PHP 4.1.0
