[horde] Language and Login problem

Hello

I have installed Horde 2.0 and IMP 3.0 on a SuSE 8.0
Prefs-driver is sql, Authentication with IMP against a Cyrus Mailserver

1. Problem
When I chose the language Deutsch, only the Helpfiles appears in german, the 
menues are always in english.

2. Problem
On some machines (Windows with Netscape 4.7 or 6.2) I have to authenticate 
twice, login to horde succeeds and in the second attempt login to imp 
succeeds too.

On my Linux machine login with Opera 6.0 or Netscape 6.2 succeeds with the 
first attempt

Whats wrong?
