[horde] Folder Problem

Hi all

I have horde/imp front-end on SERVER_1 with all the mail/user accounts
stored on SERVER_2

I configured the "horde/imp/config/servers.php" file to allow me to do
this...

I now wanted to create a folder called test, but when i tried to create the
folder, it returned

The folder "test" was not created. This is what the server said: CREATE
failed: Access denied

Is this because the user accounts are located on a different server to the
Horde/IMP program? and such, it does not have any permissions on SERVER_2,
the user accounts are 'e-mail only accounts' on a Sun Netra T1.

and does anyone know of a workaround ?, connecting to the server via pop3
