[horde] problem selecting language

Hi,
I install horde 2.1 + imp 3.1 with PHP 4.1.1 (with gettext) on slackware 8
Linux but when I select any language different then 'en_US' it doesn't work
and I don't find any error in the log files.
I read the documentation in /po/README file and reconstruct the .po and .mo
files but never change.

Have you any suggestions?
