[horde] php binary not being built on solaris, can not get pear modules.

Hi,

I am finishing up a horde/imp install and am unable to get the Mail_Mime 
and other pear modules downloaded and fixed.  The problem seems to be 
 that the build of php-4.2.2 never produces a php binary file to be 
installed in $prefix/bin of php.  I am at a loss here, I have rebuilt 
php numerous times in a multitude of environments and always ended up 
with this critical binary.  Any ides???
