[horde] Rsync problem on Win32

A few things:
It does take a while to start retrieving files.
Under cygwin i don't know if you can access a driver via c:/

Here's what i use (path changed to match yours):
rsync -avC --delete rsync.horde.org::horde-cvs /cygdrive/c/repository/horde
