[horde] Snapshot installation - mime_magic problems

Does it matter where in php.ini this is placed?

Well, http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.mime-magic.php says there
are no external files needed, but if yours does then maybe it
does.  Where can I get this?  I've googled for it and come up
empty.
