Welcome! There is certainly a ton to do; it's just a matter of what you'd
rather be working on. http://horde.org/projects.php lists a bunch of the
more off-the-ground projects; http://horde.org/source/modules.php lists
everything that's in CVS, including a number of projects (juno, hermes,
mimp, giapeto, troll, etc.) that could really use a few people interesting
in focusing on them).

If you're looking for smaller things, you should also check out the todo
lists at http://dev.horde.org/nag/ (you'll have to select the ones you want
to see from the list on the upper right).
