[horde] Please help me with that, urgent!!!

Since IMP is the one who sends mail/attachments you will have to provide IMP
verison as well yousite.org/horde/test.php
as well as check for php errors in php log, horde erros, or apache log

unless this is a known problem, we have little to go on here.
