[horde] PHP4 & CGI

Hello,
     Imp/Horde is working beautifully!  However I have a different problem I am
hoping someone can help me with.  After installing mod_php4 none of my cgi or pl
scripts will run...  I can rem out the load module entries for mod_php4 in the
httpd.conf file and the scripts work again....  but obviously IMP will not.. 
Can someone help me to get both of these to work?
