Your problem seem to be here.  DB::isWaning is a deprecated function.
Your version Horde/IMP seem to make use of it.  Check your PEAR
installation, this function was/is in DB.php.

If this function exist where you expect it to be, check the include_path
of your php.ini to make sure the correct PEAR installation is searched
first.
