[horde] how and where to insert users into mysql for IMP

Hi,

I'm the only one having access on IMP when on my LAN. But any action
outside the LAN results in HTML failures. Could this be caused by the
absence of users in the horde database?
I did not insert users into the mysql database. Are there any scripts
for that?
