[horde] Installing Horde with FC1

[Barsalou]

Some folks out there had said that they are having problems installing
the HEAD version of horde and getting it working with FC1.  I was able
to get this working and may be able to respond to particular questions
regarding problems they are having.....

If you are still having problems, post them here and maybe we can get
them resolved.
