[horde] Can't find juno? I didn't install it.

I didn't simply unpack over the previous code.  The only thing I did was copy
over the config/*.php files, and after missing a few things, went through each
one individually against the config/*.php.dist files.

I know that unpacking a non-released version over another one would be a "Bad
Idea(tm).

Still, this didn't happen right after the upgrade.  It started happening days
between the upgrade, and today.
