[horde] Doesnt save xml - config

I'm getting this same problem on my linux system.  I installed from a
tarball, ran all the default (with the exception of the SQL password,
obviously), and every time I try to set initial settings for Horde, it
gives me the same error you get:

"There was an error in the configuration form. Perhaps you left out a
required field."

Then, below, in red, it says:

"This form has already been processed."

I'm getting really confused, too.

For the record, I'm running the newest release of Horde on PHP 4.3.8,
so it's not just a PHP5 error.
