[horde] Cannot File to Categories

Good day,

I have just installed Horde 3.0.3 and all the newest modules.  I have upgraded
the databases as necessary.  My problem is with the global categories.  I can
create them, but cannot assign them within a task or note.  When I open a
note/task and select the category I want, click save, it says saved
successfully, but the category remains 'Undefined'.  Anyone encounter this?
