[horde] Performance / Kernel 2.4 / Kernel 2.6

You made two changes:

1) Updating Horde2/IMP3 -> Horde3/IMP4,
2) Updating RHEL 3 -> RHEL 4, which updates far more than just the kernel

What makes you think that its a kernel 2.4/2.6 issue?
