[horde] [dev] move_history_out_of_datatree.php script stalls

Entries that took multiple datatree_attributes rows to represent are 
represented in a single row in the new history table. The mapping 
should be more one-to-one from horde_datatree entries to horde_datatree 
+ horde_history.
