[horde] Kronolith and Turba problems (latest stable releases)

Hey everyone.  I just upgraded Horde from 3.0.9 to 3.1, Kronolith-2.0.6 
to Kronolith-2.1, and Turba from 2.0.5 to 2.1.  My older version of IMP 
(4.0) is working with the newer Horde, but when I try to run the updated 
Kronolith and Turba applications, I get the following errors:
